Speelt iemand of heeft iemand hier gespeelt op een goede silkroadeonline private server met x50 x100 x1000 ofzo gold experience drops etc?

Ik heb een beetje gegoogled maar ik kon niks goeds vinden.

Ik ben op zoek naar zo'n server omdat de normale sro me te langzaam gaat.

Dus als iemand een goede private server voor me heeft bedankt!

ga op ecsro baarlower dat is de beste google er maar ff op

ik ga er mee beginnen in de zomer dus als je nog ff kan wachten

in een maandje ben je 90 als je flink door peest:P maar we gaan dan wel samen beginnen heb dan toch genoeg tijd en geen zin in cs dusja

en dergelijke, vindt je 9/10 zeker een goede silkroad server.

umm, er zijn 2 privates ofzo, een chinese die best wel lagt en ecsro voor de rest is er niks

k heb hem nu gedownload maar als ik dan probeer te connecte krijg ik: failed to connect so server (C8)

betekend dit gewoon dat ie vol zit of is er iets anders aan de hand?

hat's right, we're back, but on a private server.

It's called ECSRO, their website has been down for about 5 days, but the servers are up, they're not laggy, and we've already started playing here.

In order to play, you have to download the client, from here:

Download all three parts (i know the speed is crap for free players, but the download barely exceeds 400mb), place them in the same directory, extract them using any archiver, then install.

After this, you're going to have to download:

extract them, replacing the files that are already in your folder.

Theoretically, after this you'll be able to play, the only thing you need is an account, and you can register one here:

Considering it's a german site, their english isn't very good, the first field will be your game id, and the other "user" field will be your forum id, once it's back up. You only have to remember the first one and the password for login, since the forum is not very active. Also "Whether Voluntary" is a confirmation of your acc info, so choose "Yes". Smile

Now open the launcher, click on ECSRO (Fembria) - the server in the middle - and the Start button will appear.

Q: My AVG/other antivirus reports a virus in sro_client.exe!!! WTF?
A: It's not a virus, it's just your scanning program using heuristics and blaming innocent applications. Razz Those of you who used Softmod in the past will know what i'm talking about. It's safe, have no fear, just set your antivirus program to ignore it.

Q: What is the server all about?
A: Max level is 90, skills can be upgraded only to lvl80, there are no europeans (only chinese maps/characters, including Roc Mountain). Also, there are no skills that have been implemented at lvl80 on iSRO, such as Snow Shields and Soul-Spear Emperor, but they're working on it.

Q: What about the experience?
A: Exp rates are x30 both for exp and sp atm, but this is only temporary, as a compensation event, because the server has been closed for about a month. The normal exp/sp/item/gold rates are 10xiSRO, so that makes leveling far easier.

Q: What about partying?
A: There are no party mobs, so those of you who played iSRO some time ago will find it to their liking (i think). You can still make exp share parties, just that there are no party mobs. Smile

Q: What about *gasp* bots?
A: Of course there are bots and botters, but they're banning them regularly. I got no idea about bots on this sro version, and i'm not ever planning on using one here, so don't ask. Tbh... what's the point of botting in a 10x exp server?!

Q: What about Silk?
A: You can still buy silk for $$, for about 6$/100 silk i think, but you can also buy/sell item mall items in stalls, so that eases things up a lot. You got about the same items as you had in iSRO.

Q: What's the plan for this server?
A: Making a nice team for hunting/trading or even thiefing, since there is no limit in the job you have, just like it was some time ago on iSRO too. Basically, if a thief annoys you and you got a thief suit, just go in town, wear your hunter tag, go back out and kick his ass.

Q: What about the community?
A: Servers are hosted in Germany, the people are from all over the world, and of all ages...

Bottom line, we (me, angel and min3rva) are already playing here with 2 more irl friends, just for kicks atm, and we're looking to gather up a group of decent people we already know to talk, trade/hunt/thief and just enjoy the game.
